CIRDA seeks to follow a combination of strategies to develop an enabling environment within the school and community which supports youths and children’s rights to education, participation and protection. CIRDA strives to increase access to the development of quality education and effective learning opportunities for children who are having their right to education violated by being excluded from the formal education system both in conflict, disasters and in normal situation. CIRDA seeks to promote the rights of children, young men and women to basic education i.e. Early Childhood development and Primary school.
